The bearing is designed and developed by our company with a complex structure. The external structure has double flange edges, and the mounting holes are many and unevenly distributed. The diameter of the ceramic ball is 7.938, it mainly bears radial force and partial load, the offset is 200mm from the center, the partial weight is 40kg, the axial clearance is 0~-0.02, the noise is less than 60dB when the speed is 60r/min, and the working temperature is 30°C~50° C, the no-load starting torque friction torque is less than 8N.m, the internal seal, the current research and development speed is 120r/min.
From 2019 to 2022, a total of 180 sets will be delivered to customers (it has been used by many large hospitals in China).
