The assembly quality of the spindle bearing directly affects its working condition and service life. Many failures of CNC machining centers are caused by improper assembly of the bearings, so sufficient attention should be paid to the assembly technology of the bearings

 Take out and clean the spindle bearing

1. Keep hands clean and dry: When the precision bearing is taken out of the package, the operator's hands should be kept clean and dry, because sweat on the hands will cause rust, and gloves can be worn if necessary.

2. Ensure good lubrication effect: The precision bearings taken out should be greased and oiled immediately, and the greased precision bearings should be installed without pollution immediately after being taken out, without grease and oiling.

3. The package should be sealed: the precision bearing can only be taken out of the original package and cleaned before assembly.

Precautions for bearing installation: The bearing assembly site should be kept as clean as possible; avoid contamination of precision bearings or the entry of foreign matter, pollutants have a great adverse effect on the operation and service life of the bearing; check the geometry of the bearing seat hole and the mating surface on the shaft Accuracy, dimensional accuracy and cleanliness; when installing, apply a little grease on the mating surface of the ring, and the bearing will be easier to install to the design position; when designing the housing hole and shaft, there should be chamfers; do not over-cool the bearing, because condensation can cause The bearing and the mating surface of the bearing are corroded; the assembly of the bearing inner ring and the main shaft needs to adopt the directional assembly method or the angle matching method, that is, the direction of the radial runout error of each assembly is artificially controlled, so that the errors cancel each other out; the bearing is pressed into the bearing It should rotate flexibly without any sense of blockage; after installation, check whether the precision bearing system is operating normally.
