Double-row angular contact ball bearings

Double-row angular contact ball bearings are non-separable bearings, which can withstand large radial and axial bidirectional combined load and moment load, mainly radial load. It can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of shaft or housing. The contact angle is usually 30 ″. Compared with single-row bearings, it has better rigidity. It is structurally equivalent to a pair of back-to-back mounted single-row angular contact ball bearings, but the width is narrow, especially suitable for applications with high rigidity requirements.

Double row angular contact ball bearings have limited tiltability between the inner and outer peripheries, and the allowable tilting angle depends on the internal clearance of the bearing. Bearing size, internal design and forces and moments acting on the bearing, and the maximum allowable tilt angle shall be such that excessive additional stresses are not generated in the bearing. If there is a tilt angle between the inner and outer periphery of the bearing, it will affect the life of the bearing, at the same time, it will reduce the running accuracy of the bearing and increase the running noise.
