Characteristics of the Four-Point Contact Ball Bearings

Four-point contact ball bearing is a separable structure, a single bearing can replace the front combination or back combination of angular contact ball bearing.

It can withstand radial load and two-way axial load, which can limit the axial displacement in two directions, but it occupies less axial space than the current double-column angle contact ball bearing.

Compared with other ball bearings, when the four-point contact ball bearing is the same, the axial swimming gap is small and the limit speed is higher.

Four-point contact ball bearing is suitable for axial and radial combined load with pure axial load or mainly axial load. Because it is a double half inner ring (or outer ring), the number of loaded increased, has a large carrying capacity.

Under normal working conditions, when this kind of bearing bears the axial load in any direction, it can form a contact Angle, and the steel ball contacts the inner and outer rollers at one point to avoid large sliding friction in the contact area. Therefore, the bearing should not bear the main radial force and load.
